The 2024-2025 BA yearbook staff is now accepting orders for senior ads. Ads are spaces in the yearbook that give you an opportunity to express your love, pride, and congratulations for your student.

THEME VERSE RETREAT

SUNDAY, JULY 28

This all-day retreat is designed for the seniors to build community, be renewed together, and select the theme verse for the upcoming year. A tentative dessert social will be held for senior parents on the same day.

REGISTRATION DAY

FRIDAY, AUGUST 9

Registration Day is mandatory for all students. Seniors traditionally wear Hawaiian shirts, hairbows, princess crowns, and other silly accessories for their school pictures taken on this day.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 16

A beloved, senior tradition - think field day, but Survivor style. Be mindful that we need many parent volunteers in order for this event to run smoothly.  

HOMECOMING DINNER &
RED CARPET PRESENTATION

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5

Seniors have a special, on-campus dinner before the homecoming dance. Traditionally, students dress up in couples' costumes with their dates and are interviewed red carpet style before the dance. Dinner tickets are $30 a piece and are on sale during lunch in front of the Kennedy Gymnasium.

SENIOR CELEBRATION DAY

FRIDAY, MAY 2

Every May, seniors gather to celebrate their college decisions! They wear the shirt of their future school and we take a class photo as well as film a college decision video. Seniors will have lunch on the quad and get a yard sign celebrating their upcoming graduation!

SENIOR TRIP

MAY 17-20

The seniors travel to Destin, FL every year for a senior trip to spend an extended amount of time with their classmates before they graduate. Transportation is provided by BA and faculty chaperone the trip. The cost is approximately $150 (plus spending money).

FINAL ASSEMBLY, COMMENCEMENT REHEARSAL, SENIOR PICNIC

FRIDAY, MAY 22

This is the final assembly for the school year and therefore, the graduating class of 2024. Awards will be presented for student achievements during the year, and several scholarships awarded for the following year. Graduation rehearsal immediately follows. Attendance is required.

COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY

SATURDAY, MAY 24 

The moment we've all been waiting for arrives. There will be much communicated about graduation and the commencement ceremony
as the date approaches. For now, enjoy senior year!
