VOICE OF THE EAGLES
RONNIE BOLING
Ronnie Boling is celebrating year 15 as the “Voice of the Eagles” PA announcer. Ronnie adds a level of excitement and professionalism for each of our home football and basketball games. He can also be heard each year calling the TSSAA DII basketball championship and TSSAA track & field championships. Recently, Ronnie was featured on the cover of the Triangle magazine along with his two sons Wes ’03 and Will ’15 who both work in broadcasting in Nashville.
“I love being a contributor to the experience for players, coaches, students, and fans. This past year’s TSSAA state championship in basketball ranks up there as one of my favorite broadcast memories. The opportunity to announce the semi-final and final game for TSSAA with BA winning the trophy was awesome.” - Ronnie Boling

CHRIS WOODLEEChris Woodlee has been providing color commentary for BA football and basketball on ESBN for ten years. Chris and his wife Jackie are parents to Conner ’18 and Libby ’21. “Getting the opportunity to call games for a school that my family loves that has a tradition and mission like no other is pretty special. My favorite play to call in my time with ESBN was my son Conner’s 50 yard touchdown run against MUS in quarterfinals of playoffs in 2016. My favorite win was 2017 at MBA where we went up 29-0 at halftime.“ |
JEFF WILSONJeff Wilson joined the ESBN crew three years ago and can be found on the sidelines providing commentary from the field. Jeff and his wife Courtney ’91 are parents to Lily ’20, Beau ’25, and Evie ’27. “I enjoy knowing we are able to bring a sporting event to family, friends, and alumni who are not able to attend in person. Whether highlighting players, cheerleaders, the dance team, or specific accomplishments in other sports and activities, it's fun to connect everyone through ESBN.” |
