REGISTRATION DAY, AUGUST 9, 2024

Attending Registration Day on Friday, August 9 is REQUIRED.

Registration Day is held from:
6:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Please check your student's registration time and enter through the Fine Arts lobby.

EARLY ARRIVAL: Arrival time is between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM by request only. This time is for families who have a conflict during their slot. If you fall in this category and your student is unable to come during their assigned time, please email Carol Pelton to request early arrival.

Please enter the school at the Fine Arts entrance. Every adult visitor will need a driver's license to be entered into the Visitor Management System. Volunteers will be available to assist in this process. It is very important to come during your assigned time slot.

COURSE SCHEDULES

Upper school course schedules are now available on Veracross. Log in to your Veracross account and view your schedule by clicking the "Classes and Reports" button on your home page. Middle school schedules will be available in early August.

YEARBOOK PICTURES

Yearbook pictures will be taken on Registration Day. These photos will also be used in the Pictorial Directory. Students are required to wear their BA uniform and follow all dress code requirements. Seniors may wear Hawaiian shirts per BA tradition.

If you ordered a 2023- 2024 yearbook, they will be available for pick up sometime in September.

BOOK PURCHASING

After purchasing books (while still in the US Gym), students will have the opportunity to put their name on the bottom of their books and put them in their lockers, so they are ready for the first day of school.

CAMPUS STORE

Be sure to shop for uniforms and new Eagle gear on registration day. The BA Campus Store will set up an expanded store in the Upper School Commons.

IF YOU MISS REGISTRATION

Attending registration is REQUIRED. However, if there are circumstances that will cause your student to miss registration, please email Carol Pelton in the Business Office to discuss alternative arrangements.
