To ensure your student's special guest will receive an invitation to Grandparents' Day,
please provide the information for their special guest by February 1, 2025. 

If you have more than one student at BA, please complete this form only once providing your eldest student's information. If you have more than one guest you are registering, please fill out a new form for each guest.
